       CEASE AND DESIST

 1.
  The office of the 9chan Central Group, a legal shareholder of 
  the Kolyma Network and official authority on legal matters 
  regarding the Kolyma Network is hereby issuing a order of 
  desistance and cessation of any website or service operating
  under the name "Guroboard". The office of the 9chan Central Group
  issues this letter on the grounds of it infringing on the Kolyma
  Networks legal copyright of the trademark - "Gurochan". 

 2. 
  Failure to abide by this agreement may result in legal action on
  behalf of the Kolyma Network. A fine of 1,000$ - as permitted by
  Florida State copyright law can and will be imposed on the operators
  of guroboard, persuant to Chapter 501 Section 93 of Florida Statutes.

 3.
  Failure to respond to this letter in a timely fashion will result in
  swift and firm legal action on behalf of the Kolyma Network.
